Keep the update logs for dataset #1015

A place to document what has been changed on the dataset. E.g. who uploaded what new files, what metadata get changed. Instead of the field "updated on"

Do you have any use case in mind for this? Do you need help brainstorming the idea or development? We can discuss about this in next clowder meeting.
