[Req-95] The price must be formatted based on the currency.
For example in US-Dollar, the currency symbol must be placed in front of the number. In Euro it is placed after the number. Same goes with the separator which is different for different currencies. This information is available in the currency data format.
We need a filter that takes the price and currency and will then return a properly formatted price with currency symbol.
