Implement download of .ics file in trip plan

When the user clicks the button "Download .ics", an .ics file should be created.

It should have the starting and end date of the whole trip and then have every segment in the Notes section.

The format of the notes shall be:

Walk to ... depart 15:00 from address arrive 15:10 at address

Drive to ....

Finish, I have tested generated ics file with iCal.
