Add appointment information to map marker and improve styling #313

[Req-95] Currently the map marker does not show any information for the appointment as proposed in the design. The styling itself also must be improved.

I am using destination description in the marker. In order to make it work correctly, in last segment from search response, we need to replace "Destination" with a real address.
