Implement booking screen #43

When clicking on booking, there must be a screen with an overview of the trip segments with the deeplinks to the booking providers. As long as we cannot provide our own booking engine, we want to be able to save the booking (and retrieve it in the dashboard) and to invite others to do the booking to the same location.

You could write down all information that are still missing in the API like booking deeplink, icons for booking providers, ... It would be great if you could find some screenshots of other travel booking sites (even Rome2Rio might serve), that you would like to use as an inspiration for the design of our booking screen.

I've tried with some fight and hotels booking like Agoda, Expedia and Kayak. Look like Kayak provides a very user friendly booking screen.

Step 1: Select room. hotel-booking

Step 2: User information and payment information. User can provide an email and password to create an account at this step. hotel-booking-2

On the right side of website, there is a summary box to provide hotel information and total cost.
