Fix NDK build #97

fix clowwindy/ShadowVPNAndroid#6 make-standalone-toolchain.sh does not accept armv7 as an option for --arch NDK build fails with error: "Invalid --arch armv7"

Maybe we will wait for libsodium 1.0.3 and update the dist-build scripts. It's good to use released code.

That sounds great, basically this pull request tried to do the same thing as libsodium did in jedisct1/libsodium@0022a42f5a39d1f9d3678b42bedfb7d1e1f7f3bc
