Add "Add Matt" to the instructions #112

because moderators are not subscribed by default, which is fine for normal members who have personal emails subscribed, but the facilities manager needs to be subscribed separately.

Thanks! I'm not sure what the idiomatic way to request this is, but can you please add me as a contributor?

There is clonm user account on GitHub to which you should have access (password is in the google doc). That one is admin user for the whole organization. You can add yourself then, or just use clonm. If you have issues finding access and so on, tell me.
