Issues in C30 #17

Parisa reports:

Earlier tonight, it would allow me to connect but then would say "limited" and not work. It would not disconnect me, but sometimes it would have 4 bars and still not work. Right now it is working and it has 4 bars. I don't know why it does that sometimes ha!

Closing this for now. I made major network upgrades and let's start collecting new reports.
