Internet issues in W1A #56

They are reporting both WiFi problems and ethernet problems. It seems they do not get IP address when they are having WiFi issues. And they have "no cable connected" when they are having ethernet issues.

W0B AP seems offline, but it is powered up. Maybe this is the reason why WiFi access is problematic (because if you connect to powered but offline AP it cannot give you IP address).

It started happening Thursday night or Friday afternoon.

Correction, W0B is now online. It was offline (but up) yesterday.

As reported, it now works OK (nothing special done about it), there are still issues occasionally, but turning WiFi off and back on resolves them. At this point I do not know if there is some computer issues or maybe some issues with the firmware. I am closing this for now.

We will probably have to install some monitoring software for APs, like nodewatcher, maybe then we will get a better insight into what is happening.
