I am using the "two baseline full" Bayesian model" to estimate the trophic position of three gamefish species across Prairie lakes using your tRophicPosition package .
I found very large standard deviations around my trophic position (TP) estimates reaching up to 10 trophic levels (above the 4th trophic level expected) that seems very weird.
Assumptions for the model have been met to my knowledge.
Please do you have an idea of what may be wrong with my model? and can you please share with me.
