Hi Elena,
Did you get this resolved? I am having similar issues myself.
Cheers,
Ciaran.
Hello Elena and Ciaran-Dolan
This seems to be a problem with the parallel::parLapply function, not tRophicPosition itself.
Try to run the code without the parallel calculation and let me know if there is still a problem.
Cheers
Claudio
Hi Claudio,
I seemed to get everything going in the end. It appeared to be an issue with my input in the LoadIsotopeData function.
Thank you for the quick response though, much appreciated!
Cheers,
Ciaran.

Hello, my name is Elena Ortega, I am trying to run the Trophic position package to get the trophic position of one consumer in different coastal areas. I use the manual of the package and choose the example titled: tRophicPosition two baselines, full Bayesian model example: Comparing bilagay TP across coastal kelp forests in N Chile. When I run the code: system.time(consumerList_TPmodels <- parallel::parLapply(cluster, consumerList, multiModelTP, adapt = 20000, n.iter = 20000, burnin = 20000, n.chains = 5, model = "twoBaselinesFull"))
I get this error: Error in checkForRemoteErrors(val) : one node produced an error: RUNTIME ERROR: Compilation error on line 12. Cannot evaluate range of counter I
The code from the manual is
system.time(Bilagay_TPmodels <- parallel::parLapply(cluster, BilagayList, multiModelTP, adapt = 20000, n.iter = 20000, burnin = 20000, n.chains = 5, model = "twoBaselinesFull"))
Thank you and best regards,
Elena
