Improve user profiles #59

Add user feedback to user profiles. The up and down counts are available directly on the user.json endpoint; The individual feedbacks have to be retrieved from the user_feedback.json endpoint with ?search[user_id]=

Add banned status to user profiles.

Add interactivity to certain user statistics, like all forum posts and comments.

different icons for different values?
