Add accent color theme option #97

Only a cosmetic change

I think it would be nice to have an option in the settings menu to change the current yellow/orange accent color (used on text, buttons, highlights) to any color

I am hesistant to add this. The yellow color is a kind of "branding" color that matches the icon, etc. I am not sure if I want to allow other accent colors.
