I think it would be helpful to just have single command to do all the functionality Swan bot has. Since the current offered plugins are not interfering with each other.
My proposal would be like this:
If a message is a file, .swa will run.paste plugin.
If a message is a StackOverflow link, .swa will run .flow plugin.
If it's Simple Widget Annotation message, .swa will run its default.
If no message is specified, .swa will send the help message.
