Remove header/footer from non-existing page views OR make special one?

Hullo!  Firstly, great job with the extensions - I figure if I ever get in to 
making
extensions (which, knowing me, I probably will), I'd definitely have to do it 
the
same way you are - via Google Code (Google just rocks, huh?).

Secondly... I think maybe there ought to be a way to have certain 
headers/footers
automatically add pages to a certain category (preferably without being added 
to the
category themselves).  So pretty much what I said over here:

I'd be perfectly willing to try anything you throw at me - my wiki isn't online
(really it's just a little project I'm looking in to for now.  I figure if I 
ever get
a domain of my own, I'll just upload the whole thing, and I'll be good to go).
