Makefile needs changes on Windows #60

The Makefile may need some tweaking to work properly on Windows. Will update with more details later.

macOS-specific instructions cause issues on Windows. Also, the eb_iaeaphsp_source instructions do not work properly. The cd command cannot find the path specified (i.e., 'eb_iaeaphsp_source').

This seems to be the solution.

Works on Windows; will test on macOS later.
