Inconsistent 'Skip Back' behavior #3085

When using 'skip back' in a MKV with chapters it will skip back to the beginning of the chapter. It requires clicking 'skip back' a second time while within the first ~2 seconds of the chapter to move to the previous chapter. If playback is within the first chapter, then 'skip back' returns to the beginning of the file and requires a second click to load the previous file in the playlist or directory.

I love this behavior as it is consistent with decades of digital media playback hardware and software.

If an MKV does not have chapters, then 'skip back' will always load the previous file. The same is true for audio files.

I suggest that the behavior in all files be made to mirror that of those with chapters. 'Skip back' should return to the beginning of the file unless clicked within the first ~2 seconds of playback. This would make the behavior more consistency across files and improve music playback. It is natural to click 'skip back' to restart a track. I find clicking on the beginning of the seekbar to be awkward as is reaching for the Home key on the keyboard.

Thank you for your consideration.
