Make interactive and non-interactive options for model downloads

Right now, 3rd party models are downloaded to disk without prompt for stanza. And for the embeddings the prompt is crude.

I'd like to see the following:

• Interactive mode with a [Y/n] and recursive prompt if neither is given
• Non-interactive mode that downloads w/o asking; add option to class (for scripts)
• Silent mode; add option to class
• [done]: tqdm is alread used for the embeddings download (example)
