Makes some changes to allow it to be installed through pip

Rename core to alpinonaf
Move unit tests to separate folder
add setup.py

Also incorporates three earlier changes

Add option for ALPINO_SERVER
Make python3 compatible
Allow raw text and untokenized NAF

@antske We discussed just cloning into a new package, but on retrospect it is better to ask @rubenIzquierdo to make you owner/maintainer and rename the package, so people get redirected automatically.

I've uploaded the package to pip 'alpinonaf', if you tell me your pypi username I will add you as owner.
