When someone likes the first post of a discussion that is mentioned from other exist discussion (i.e., discussion A), your extension will mark him as the once who mentioned it in discussion A, not the true author of discussion A.
How to reproduce
Mr. John created discussion A with a link to discussion B in first post. At this moment, the cross reference extension wasn't installed.
After installing the cross reference extension, Mr. Peter accessed the forum and liked the first post of discussion B.
Then now in post stream of discussion B, there is new line that mentions that "Mr. Peter referenced this discussion in discussion A", instead of Mr. John
