This will be quite difficult TBH.

Todo before attempting the migration:

[ ] Find a way to backup the installed packages.
- A solution based on apt-mark showmanual could be interesting
[x] Remove as much external repositories as possible (this is almost done)
[ ] Remove as much Ubuntu only packages as possible (this is almost done)
