As it is not a good idea to mix multiple PHP applications on the same domain.

[x] Choose the subdomain
- phpmyadmin.club1.fr
- sql.club1.fr
- ???
[x] Create Nginx site that connects to PHP-FPM
[x] Redirect old location to new subdomain
[x] Update docs
[x] Update services page
[x] Ping CHATONS
