Browser Titles for Pages #592

Adding browser titles to static pages is not currently working

FAQ Here you can see that I have added in a browser title for the FAQ page

No tab title Yet when updated it remains the same

In fact, 'Club Soda Guide' is the single browser title across the whole guide
