Add a new article

As an admin, I would like to be able to add a new article to the blog element of the site.

For each new article added, I would like the option to fill out the following boxes:

• Title
• Add an image (that can act as a thumbnail and full image)
• Add a summary sentence
• Add text box for article itself

I would also like the text box to have some kind of markdown/HTML capability, similar to what we already have

I would then like to have an upload button that generates a unique link for the blog and publishes it to the live site.
