Suggested articles based on blogs' tags

As a user, I would like to have other articles recommended to me at the bottom of the article I have read based on what tags the article has been given

E.g. if an article that I have read is tagged #beer, I will be suggested other articles tagged #beer when I reach the bottom of the page
