Recently we've found that some venues and some users wish to be able to show or see that they have alcohol-free on draught (rather than just as bottles as is normal)

To be able to show this on the Guide, we would like to add a tickable pill (similar to the Restaurant, Bar, Pub ones) to allow us to indicate on a venue whether it has draught alcohol-free

@jessyclubsoda A couple of questions here for additional clarity ahead of estimating:

• When creating a venue, would you consider 'draught' to be a 'venue type' as the others are? Or would it come under a separate category? Or simply be on a separate line with no heading?
• Your second MVP checkbox, 'Draught option displays as either words 'Draught available' or ideally, with a little cartoon beer tap akin to this' - does this refer to the individual venues page?
• For the main venues search page, are there any MVP requirements?
  • How would we want the draught tap or word to be displayed in the venue cards?
  • Currently we won't estimate the ability to search by whether a venue has draught but would you like us to estimate a pill-type drop-down filter for this?

I think the best way to do this would be to have it like the check box which we have for members when we list our drinks brands. Just 'Draught?' as a question with a checkbox yes or no. I don't think at the moment it's essential for us to specify what is on draught as it's so rare it's exciting in and of itself

Yes I thought the best way to display this would be on a venues page to either insert it with words in the way we do with the 'venue type' pills or even as a little cartoon to distinguish it from venue type. This way when someone lands on a venue page they'll immediately be able to see if it has draught beer

I think in terms of building this in as a MVP we don't have to add anything to the main venues search page but if feasible the options discussed below will obviously enhance the feature

• How would we want the draught tap or word to be displayed in the venue cards?

I think similar to above a little cartoon would be the nicest way to do this if possible. Again similar to the way that the cards are 'tagged' with the venue type. But I do see that kind of display as being a lower down priority than at least initially getting it on the pages

That would be great to include - then once we've got the estimates we can work how far we go with the issue as from my perspective, it's definitely stageable in its development e.g. display on venue page, display on main venues page, filtered pill-type drop-down

@jessyclubsoda I estimate this issue (checkbox when the venue is created/edited + displaying a pillbox similar to the venue type on the venue page). This should give me the time to make sure to have the structure for the database correct on a first step.

@jessyclubsoda Would you like to finalise the image you would like here? I'm not sure just the image will make sense to your users, so it may be worth doing a little user testing to see if you'd want to add the word as well?

@iteles @SimonLab I'm actually happy to stick with just the word for now. I think in the future we might want to think more about icon design but we'd want to think more carefully about how those designs fit together
