Admins can log into a CMS #66

As an admin, I'd like to log into a CMS, so I can have an overview of what's happening on the Club Soda Guide

[x] Admins must be able to log in with an ~~username~~ email and password
[x] Upon logging in they must be presented with the admin dashboard
[x] Admins must be able to provide privileges to other user
[x] Password management of new admins TBD based on user management system

Technical acceptance criteria

[x] create new routes that allow creation of a new site admin in the user controller
- [x] make a new route
- [x] make a create route
- [x] make sure that these routes are only accessible to site admins
[x] when a new site admin is created, send them an email telling them that they are a site admin and to set a password.

Admins can log in.

They then come to this dashboard:

I'm not sure that there's a logout link yet...

I have a couple of questions/point around this part of the acceptance criteria and I was wondering if you may be able to help me clarify them...

Admins must be able to provide privileges to other user

What sort of features will the admin give to the user, other than the ability to edit all venues. Are they going to be allowed to "provide privileges" to other users themselves for example?
At the moment there are only two types of users, site_admins who are manually created and then venue_admins. Are the users being given privileges venue_admins?

Let me know if anything is unclear.

So currently we have one manually created site admin. We want that Admin to be able to create other site admins who would get the same privileges as themselves - including the ability to create further site-admins.

This specifically applies to just site-admins. Venue-admins will remain the same in that they sign up through the login process and only have access to the venue linked to them

Does this make sense?
