Audio spectrum visualizer #61

Add an audio spectrum visualizer on the victim board tab.

This will help the operator and the judge see that there's an actual audio activity.

Currently this is blocked on the audio feature, see #78

Technically, it would be possible to listen to the values shared in the audio topic and represent that in some way in the UI, but it isn't a priority right now.
