Use SpaceMouse as Input for teleop. #11

Support Joy Input from SpaceMouse to control the arm. Will eventually get input from the UI.

This node is interesting, it adds a few features to the spacenav_node http://wiki.ros.org/cob_spacenav_teleop

Input arrives from the UI. Possibly need to remap the axis, but the raw data is fetched as a twist.
