Train 12 Hazmat Labels #1

We acquired some of the labels from Robocup 2019 which could be useful for the dataset.

Where should I go to retrieve said labels?

Also: The repo will soon see big changes. I completely rewrote the detector to use Tensorflow + MobileNetV3 + R-ASPP. It should be better and faster (about 60 times faster).

EDIT: https://github.com/Belval/MobileNetV3 EDIT2: Training right now on the COCO 2017 dataset, if that is successful I'll move to Hazmat.
