Complete GUI Based Sudoku #28

Completely GUI introduced. Process of running is that install gtk3+ on your system and then run "make" command in terminal and then run ./sudoku_solver and GUI should appear. @soni-shashan

@soni-shashan level 3 issue will have 8 pts and level 1 will have 3 pts so total 11 points should be added instead of only 8 pts.

@nandit27 I assign the label at PR Level 3, so 8 points will be added if I mention both Level 1 and Level 3. According to the Club Gamma backend algorithm, the points for the highest priority label are counted. If you have any issues regarding this, please contact the club lead, @jalaym825 , as you have addressed two issues in one PR.
