Completed the Sudoku solver in C
Implemented the recursive backtracking algorithm
Added validity check function for rows, columns, and sub-grids
Created print function to display the grid in a formatted manner

done trying to add Integrate error detection that identifies mistakes in the puzzle assigned to the grid and also trying to solve issues that are assigned already
