My Roadmaps is a standard Redmine plugin, so it works anywhere Redmine can be deployed. It's deployed on Windows at one of my customers and is developed on MacOSX.

Install it the usual way (http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Plugins) and you should be all set.
