Ben and John have big BioEntities updates which they would like to incorporate into the Bioresources project.

Update 9/9/17: The updated BE families and BE complexes have been added to Bioresources 1.1.24-SNAPSHOT. Reach tests have been updated, in branch br17, for the Biores updates. The NER grounding override file has been partially updated but much more integration and testing is needed.

Main update of BioEntities families and complexes released in version 1.1.24. Moved NER updates to a separate issue #18.
