This is my proposed set of changes for v1.1.34. All tests pass with the development branch of reach and a publishLocal copy of these files. The ner files build identically on Windows and Linux. If these are published to maven, then the development branch of reach can be updated to 1.1.34 and tests run so that reach can be updated as well.
