Adjectival context seems incorrect #152

Open hickst opened 8 years ago

hickst commented 8 years ago

Edition by Enrique:

Consider syntax to resolve a tie of multiple contexts of the same type. This may imply looking for the admod dependency links between the entity with context and the context mention.

Original:

In sentences: "Mouse AKT1 is different from rice AKT1" and "Mouse AKT1 is different from rice CSK1"

Rice ends up as the context species on AKT1 (unexpected) and on the second AKT1 or CSK1 (as >expected).

I modified the issue and changed the label frombug to enhancement because, despite the observation is valid, this is the way context is engineered for now. In the deterministic context policies, context is assigned to sentences and inherited by the mentions. Changing this to consider the mentions and and the syntax within the sentence is possible but not a trivial change.
