The badge on top may be for plain reach rather than reach-main, etc., because the version number is very old.
The excerpt from the CHANGE file should be updated.
Current version is 1.6.1.
It can at least compile on Java 11.
It builds and passes tests on Scala 2.12.
The shell scripts is probably runReachCLI.sh.

There is no runReachShell.
