Feature request: add some extra buttons _easily_ #7

It's not a defect but a feature request.

It would be great to be able to add easily some extra buttons (I tried to
do so but was a pain in actual code). And a button that displays a submenu
with other buttons would be awesome :)
and totally configurable through a .js file.

hope my wishes come true :)

Until John reappears, I'm maintaining WMD on github
(http://github.com/derobins/wmd/tree/master).  I have no plans to make it easy 
to add
other buttons to WMD but the code is de-minimized/obfuscated.  The button 
creation
code is all in one spot so it should be fairly easy to extend on your own with a
little Javascript knowledge.

Keep in mind that until I get v2.1 out the door in mid-Feb. 2009 much of the WMD
options will be broken.
