replace the existing README, which has never worked for me

This should use SQLite instead of Postgres

Include documentation for migrating SQLite => Postgres, OR basics of creating a Postgres app as well.

Use Dist::ZIlla instead of clustericious generate, and addressing this issue should have the happy benefit of exposing and fixing bugs in Dist::Zilla::MintingProfile::Clustericious and Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildDatabase
