Log to screen when using morbo #31

Probably should have some interface for setting the levels and such.

This may already be possible, if so we just need to document the incantation.

cc: @awarnock3 since you were asking me about enabling the logging for clustericious apps.

Note the morbo command is a good dev server because it will reload the app as you make changes to files in ./lib or ./bin
