Massive failures from cpan testers for version 0.93 #9

One problem (already fixed in the github/$work repos) is that File::Find::Rule was removed as a dep in 0.93 (mistakenly thought to be a core dep. So far unable to reproduce the other errors in my setup.

Actually that File::Find::Rule appears to be the only issue.
