Update WebUI repo URL #125

The use of the git:// protocol is now deprecated and no longer used, therefore it has been changed to https as this more secure and supported.

The Ansible lint errors here are due to us being on an old version of Ansible (forced by being on RedHat 8) while ansible-lint has moved on. I'll see if I can force an old version of ansible-lint in the CI or force compatibility.
