Request for "hiatus" documentation #15

It would be good to be able to put the CITC effectively on ice for some cost savings. Obviously it saves a lot of cost by only running the mgmt node, but if you know you don't want to run that for a number of days as well, is it possible to freeze the storage and spin it up again later for less cost than keeping the mgmt instance alive.

Are you able to provide some advice on reducing AWS costs down to zero when pausing CITC? I've shutdown the mgmt node. What else do I need to check?
