I'm writing to make sure I'm following the update/review/commit/apply process properly.
I made one more commit to this fork today -- there were 55 commits as of yesterday, and 56 commits as of now (one more commit up for your review). There are also a couple of new commits made by other people on the main fork that I need to apply to my fork, it looks like.
Should I click "Synch Fork" or will that also delete the already approved commits from my fork? Have they already been applied, even if it seems like they can still be deleted from my fork?

Please advise, thanks so much
