In cross-cluster communication one of the clusters can be placed behind a NAT or Firewall that allows just an outgoing connection.
Today ClusterLink needs public IP for creating the connectivity.

Use reverse tunnels to create communication between the clusters.
By integrating an existing solution of the reverse tunnel we can allow communication for clusters with only outgoing connections.
