Unable to edit colors of custom tokens

I've added a new token into the "Settings/Tools/Comment Highlighter Settings" page but I never see the option to edit the token settings. I've closed and re-opened the settings menu multiple times and never do I see the color selection shown as it does in the example image on the JB Plugins page.

Hi. On this page you can add custom tokens to use for highlighting inside comments. To define color must be used another setting page "Editor->Color Scheme->Comments.
