offline with service worker via platinum-sw is almost done. it does seem to want to pull in 'bootstrap/sw-toolbox-setup.js' which does not seem configurable. sw-toolbox got pulled in by bower, but it does not have the '-setup' version. Bah. Skipping for now as seeming too unstable.
