This, I think, is a fully functioning heat map with click interactibility, functioning off of the Census API for population and your hosted CSV API for covid info. As it stands, I think this is a fairly complete product of heat map, though it could use maybe Jeneth or Clyde's eye for display detail to figure out the best position for the info box, and why the map is slightly resized when the info box pops up (this causes some shaking around at certain thinner screen sizes, while the items try to figure out what size to be).
The last item to do on it is to switch out the CSV API for the live version, but I still am not 100% clear on how to successfully call that, so I'm putting this in and I'll put those two issues down on the board for anyone to take up as they have time. They're not currently vital to operation.
