-- use t_dest_src conventions in build_world.py code -- minor tweaks to vlam_launch.py

Hmmm, as I think about this, my choice of "world" and "map" might be confusing, since we use "map" as the frame_id for the world frame everywhere else. :-/ I'm open to other names.
