These data are not ready to be read into R. It's not immediately obvious that they're all even comparable.

Also, your hypothesis is far too vague. What do you mean by genetic diversity? This can be measured in a large number of different ways, each with different advantages/disadvantages.

Good morning,

I have been sick this whole weekend and just resume classes today could we meet tomorrow to talk about the hypothesis? I was confused with how to make the data readable for R also, I just think I didn’t understand what to actually prove.

You can always come by my posted office hours, or schedule an appointment at some other time when I'm not teaching a class.
